Return & Exchange
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

Include all original tags and packaging

Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Custom or personalized orders

2. How to Request a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at:

We’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
If a replacement is requested, we will cover the cost of reshipping the new item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for another colour or style, please note this in your return email.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on stock availability.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in checking each product before dispatch.
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order details.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
